All the brands we carry are based right here in the UK meaning you can get your hands on your purchase and hit the road. 

Our products come 90%+ fully assembled. In order for a safe and secure shipment, some parts such as the pedals come unattached, but not to worry, detailed assembly instructions are provided. 

When it comes to payment method you’ve got a few options. You can pay by outright using your credit/debit car or through PayPal. If you’re interested in splitting your payments you can pay through Klarna which is a flexible payment option that works with your budget. For Klarna/PayPal please select at checkout. 

If you chose to pay by credit/debit card, your card will be charged when we fulfil your order not immediately after your order is placed. The reason we do this is because we want to first check in with our suppliers and confirm the availability of the product you’ve ordered. Once we confirm that the product is available to ship right away, your card will be charged. In the unlikely event that we discover that the product ordered is on not immediately available, a member of the team will get in touch to discuss your options and your card will not be charged.

If for whatever reason you’re not happy with your order, you have 14 days from the date of purchase for a no hassle, no questions return. Please make sure to reach out to us first by emailing info@upandout.co.uk. If you decide to cancel you order after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible for charges related to return shipping.
